At Rooterra, we operate our own processing and packaging facilities located in clean, pollution-free zones in rural Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh. By keeping processing close to our farming clusters, we ensure that products are milled, dried, and packed within hours of harvest.

Our plants are strictly gluten-free, organic-only zones, eliminating any possibility of cross-contamination. We use advanced sorting technologies, magnetic stone separators, and triple-stage cleaning to ensure absolute product purity.
